What you can expect of Globalingo:
Transparency: We are committed to openness and honesty in everything we do. All interactions should be clear and honest (and if you feel that they are not, you have a right and obligation to say so!). Whether it directly impacts transaction(s), relationship(s), or decision-making processes, we strive to hold ourselves to the highest standards of transparency that foster trust and confidence in our actions and intentions.
Clear, timely communication: If you’ve ever been ghosted, you know what a lack of communication feels like. Same with waiting forever to finally hear a response. We are committed to keeping you informed and up-to-date at every step of the process as quickly as we can. If we cannot attend to you right away, we will let you know.
Organization: All project, objective, scope, process, timeline, and pricing information will be shared before work is started. It will also all be outlined within your contract documents. You will be notified about any necessary changes ahead of time and, if applicable, given the chance to sign off on them.
What Globalingo expects of you:
Professionalism: Communicating early and often is a best practice that will enable us to be as professional as possible with you. Be willing to give (and accept) feedback. Be honest, constructive, and respectful at all times but especially when providing feedback. Be flexible and adaptable. And, above all, don’t be/become that guy. We will strive to provide you with a similar or higher level of professionalism.
Clear, timely communication: The sooner you reach out, the sooner we can respond. As mentioned above, “communicate early and often.” Share with us how and when you prefer to connect. Be responsive. Read and understand how our services work. Describe your needs and goals as much as possible. Provide relevant project details and requirements, target audience and market information, and existing brand guidelines. If you have specific requests for us, say so. Share with us how you plan to approve proposals, revisions, etc. We can’t help you if you don’t help us with this.
Prompt payment: We require payment up front (the amount will be discussed in your initial consultation). When your invoice is received, please let us know if you see any issues, discrepancies, or concerns. Any late payments are subject to late fees (which will be outlined in the contractual agreement we send to you).
Pricing Information
The Globalingo team works on a per-project flat fee rate.
(If hourly is required, this will be discussed in our free initial consultation and pitch.)
As such, pricing varies from project to project.
How it Works
An initial estimate will be provided once all applicable details have been provided. If approved, this will become the estimated invoice. Once payment is made, work will commence according to the contract.
Once all work is complete, if any adjustments are needed (which will have been discussed prior), a finalized invoice reflecting these changes will be sent and payment should be remitted as outlined on the invoice.
